Abstract:	Für die Errichtung von Leitungsanlagen über abgehängten Decken sind die bauordnungsrechtlichen Anforderungen des jeweiligen Landesrechts einzuhalten und zu beachten. In diesem Beitrag wird anhand der Mustervorschriften - also der Musterbauordnung und der Muster-Sonderbauvorschriften, der Muster-Verwaltungsvorschrift Technische Baubestimmungen und der Muster-Leitungsanlagen-Richtlinie - ein Einblick in die relevanten Texte, deren Bedeutung und Zusammenhänge für die Anwender gegeben. Die genannten Muster werden in den Ländern in Landesrecht umgesetzt, ggf. mit geringfügigen Änderungen. Neben diesen genannten Rechtsvorschriften und Regeln dürfen auch die allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik - oder wie es in der bayerischen Bauordnung heißt “der Baukunst” - nicht vergessen werden. Für die Beurteilung in einzelnen Bauvorhaben - also für Einzelfallbetrachtungen - sind Hinweise für die Gemengelage der Pflichten der am Bau Beteiligten aufgenommen. Ebenfalls werden die bautechnischen Nachweise und die Nachweisführung für Bauprodukte und Bauteile im Überblick kursorisch dargestellt. Fastening of line systems via suspended Ceilings - building regulations framework For the construction of pipeline systems above suspended ceilings, the building regulations requirements of the respective state law must be observed and observed. This article provides an insight into the relevant texts, their meaning and context for users based on the model regulations - i. e. the model building regulations and the model special building regulations, the model administrative regulation for technical building regulations and the model line system directive. The named models are implemented in the federal states in federal state law, if necessary with minor changes. In addition to these legal provisions and rules, the generally recognized rules of technology - or, as it is called in the Bavarian building code, “architecture” - must not be forgotten. For the assessment of individual construction projects - also for individual considerations - notes are included for the mixed situation of the obligations of those involved in the construction. In addition, the structural engineering verifications and the verification for building products and components are presented in a cursory overview.
