Title:	X4S - Klimaneutral Wohnen und Arbeiten in der Stadt
Abstract:	Das Team X4S der Hochschule Biberach entwickelt und plant für den SDE 21/22 eine Aufstockung mit vier Geschossen in Holzbauweise auf ein zweigeschossiges Bestandsgebäude im Quartier Wuppertal-Mirke. Ziele des Beitrags ist die Schaffung von neuem Wohnraum und Büroflächen. Solarenergienutzung in der Fassade und auf dem Dach soll die C02-neutrale Betrieb des Gebäudes aus Bestand und Aufstockung ermöglichen. Die Baukonstruktion der Aufstockung ist auf Langlebigkeit, Trennbarkeit, Wiederverwertbarkeit der verwendeten Roh- und Baustoffe ausgerichtet. In diesem Betrag werden die Konstruktion der Gebäudehülle und die bauphysikalischen Eigenschaften des Gebäudes mit einem Fokus auf ihre Bedeutung für das Energiesystem vorgestellt. X4S - Climate-neutral living and working in the urban environment Team X4S of Biberach University of Applied Sciences is developing and planning a four-storey addition in timber construction to a two-storey existing building in the Wuppertal-Mirke neighbourhood for SDE 21/22. The aim of this contribution are to create new living space and office space. The use of solar energy in the façade and on the roof allows for the C02-neutral use of the building from the existing building and the extension. The construction of the extension is based on durability, separability and recyclability of the raw and building materials used. In this paper, the construction of the building envelope and the physical properties of the building are presented with a focus on their significance for the energy system.
