Abstract:	Alexander Berlin's Capital Tower, kurz ABC-Tower, ist eines von insgesamt vier Hochhäusern, die im Zuge der Neugestaltung rund um den Alexanderplatz im Herzen Berlins entstehen. Mit 150 m und 35 oberirdischen sowie vier unterirdischen Geschossen wird der ABC-Tower das höchste Wohnhochhaus Berlins und eines der höchsten Deutschlands sein. Stump-Franki Spezialtiefbau ist mit der Erstellung der Baugrube und den damit verbundenen Dichtungs- und Gründungsaufgaben beauftragt worden. Im September 2021 wurden alle Spezialtiefbauarbeiten sicher abgeschlossen und die Baugrube an den GU übergeben. Excavation pit for the tallest skyscraper in Berlin completed Alexander Berlin's Capital Tower, ABC Tower for short, is one of a total of four high-rise buildings that are being built as part of the redesign around Alexanderplatz in the heart of Berlin. With 150 m and 35 above-ground and four underground floors, the ABC Tower will be the tallest residential high-rise in Berlin and one of the tallest in Germany. Stump-Franki Spezialtiefbau has been commissioned to create the excavation pit and the associated sealing and foundation tasks. In September 2021, all special civil engineering work was safely completed and the excavation pit was handed over to the general contractor.
