Abstract:	Zum Titelbild: Der dreigeschossige Holzwohnbau “Kastanienhof” im Stiftungsdorf Ellener Hof in Bremen-Osterholz (KAHRS Architekten) mit 18 Wohneinheiten ist Teil eines sozial-ökologischen Modell-Quartiers. Die Außen- und Innenwände, die Geschoss- und Zimmerdecken, das Dachtragwerk, die Bekleidung der Fassade, die Treppenhauswände und sogar der Aufzugsschacht sind als Holzkonstruktionen ausgeführt - der Naturbaustoff-Anteil beträgt 92 %.
