Title:	Ressourceneinsparung im Bauwesen: Die Rolle der Revitalisierung aus Sicht der Planer
Abstract:	Die Verlängerung der Lebensdauer von Bestandsgebäuden ist eine wichtige Maßnahme, um die CO2-Emissionen des Bauwesens zu reduzieren. Die mit dem Umbau eines Bestandsgebäudes bzw. von Teilen davon verbundenen planerischen Herausforderungen werden aber oft unterschätzt. Der vorliegende Beitrag bietet einen umfassenden Überblick über die Besonderheiten und Schwierigkeiten des Bauens im Bestand aus Sicht der Tragwerksplanung. Neben für Planung, Vertrags- und Honorargestaltung relevanten Punkten werden auch rechtliche Aspekte benannt, die noch einer Klärung bedürfen. Saving resources in construction: The role of revitalisation Extending the life of existing buildings is an important measure to reduce CO2 emissions from the building sector. However, the planning challenges associated with revitalising an existing building or parts of it are often underestimated. This article provides a comprehensive overview of the special features and difficulties of building in existing structures from the perspective of structural design. In addition to points relevant to planning, contracts and fees, legal aspects that still require clarification are also mentioned.
