Title:	Aufstockung der Tiefgarage des Wohnstifts Augustinum in Bad Soden a. Ts.
Abstract:	Die Verwaltungsgesellschaft Collegium Augustinum mit ihrem Sitz in München betreibt zahlreiche Altersheime und Kliniken mit hohem Niveau an bevorzugten Standorten Deutschlands. Eine dieser Einrichtungen liegt oberhalb von Bad Soden am Taunus und wurde dort vor mehr als 20 Jahren errichtet. Auf Grund der zunehmenden Mobilität der Bewohner und der damit verbundenen steigenden Anzahl ihrer Wagen reichten die vorhandenen Stellplätze nicht mehr aus. Die Bauaufgabe bestand darin, die vorhandene Tiefgarage aufzustocken, um so mehr Stellplätze zu gewinnen.
