Abstract:	Der Fernbahnhof Berlin Spandau gehört zur neuen Generation der mit hohem gestalterischem Anspruch gebauten Bahnhöfe. Dies findet insbesondere in der filigranen Bahnsteigüberdachung sichtbaren Ausdruck, eine echte Tonnenschale aus einem verglasten Netzwerk. Dieser Beitrag beschreibt den Tragwerksentwurf für die Bahnsteigüberdachung und deren geometrische und konstruktive Besonderheiten.
