Abstract:	Im Beitrag wird die Reparatur von vertikalen zylindrischen Stahltanks mit Festdächern besprochen. Es werden Reparaturmethoden für Stahltanks vorgestellt, die infolge Unterdruck beschädigt wurden. Verformte Tankdächer können oft als Arbeitsbühnen zur Vormontage der neuen Dachkonstruktion herangezogen werden; hierbei ist jedoch eine Erhöhung des Tankmantels um 750 bis 1000 mm erforderlich. Das beschädigte Dach wird erst nach Montage der Tragkonstruktion des neuen Daches beseitigt. Die durch Unterdruck erzeugten Verformungen des Tankmantels können partiell durch Wasserfüllung reduziert werden. Bleche, die weiterhin nicht zulässige Deformationen aufweisen, werden ausgeschnitten und durch formtreue Bleche ersetzt. Die Praktikabilität dieser Reparaturmethode wird durch geodätische Messungen in verschiedenen Reparaturetappen zweier Tanks bestätigt.
