Title:	Zielkostenplanung und DIN 276
Abstract:	Die Zielkostenplanung und -steuerung entspricht den heutigen Marktanforderungen der Bauherren. Im Sinne eines marktkonformen Strukturwandels sollen die Planungsinstrumente wie die DIN 276 und die DIN 18960 weiterentwickelt werden, um Fehlentscheidungen und Kostenüberschreitungen nachdrücklich einzugrenzen. Das Instrument der Zielkostenplanung muß systematisch in das Planungsinstrument und in die Organisation der am Planungsprozeß Beteiligten eingebaut werden. Eine Anpassung der Honorarordnung zur Interessensychronisierung zwischen Planer und Bauherrn würde das Instrument abrunden. Die Umsetzung der Zielkostenplanung wäre ein wesentlicher Schritt zum Strukturwandel der Bauwirtschaft.
