60th anniversary of Univ.-Prof. Dr.-Ing. Harald S. Müller

Laudation by Harald Budelmann - published in Beton- und Stahlbetonbau 1/2012.

On December 16, 2011 Prof. Dr.-Ing. Harald S. Müller turned 60 years old. Good enough of a reason to congratulate him and to look at his professional achievements in civil engineering.

Already early on in his civil engineering studies, Harald Müller started to focus on construction materials. During his studies he worked for Hubert Hilsdorf at the Institute for Concrete Construction and Construction Material Technology at Karlsruhe and then seamlessly continued as research assistant and PhD candidate. Many other jobs and positions followed but eventually he found his way back to Karlsruhe without leaving other tasks out of sight.
