Construction Products List 2009/3 edition - published in Feb. 2010

As a result of Par. 2 Sec. 2 of the agreement drawn up by the Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik (German Institute of Building Technology) on April 22 1993 (announced in the Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt für Berlin, p. 195) the Construction Products List A Parts 1 to 3, the Construction Products List B Part 1 and List C – edition 2009/1 of July 10, 2009 – are to be amended as agreed by the highest building supervisory authorities in the German länder (DIBt Mitteilungen [DIBt News], special issue no. 38).

The changes to edition 2009/1 are to be found in the DIBt Mitteilungen (DiBt News), issue 6/2009 (Dec. 2009) and issue 1/2010 (Feb. 2010).
