8th IMC International Masonry Conference in Dresden

Researcher in the area of masonry from all over the world met each other at the beginning of July in Dresden for a 4-day eventful conference under the topic „Innovative Solutions for Sustainable Masonry Constructions“.

Since the International Masonry Society has organised this conference in a four-year rhythm in London this was the first time that they gave the organisation in foreign hands: Professor Wolfram Jäger and his team from the chair of structural design and his engineering office in Radebeul stimulated people that are interested in masonry from over 40 countries to submit proposals for papers of which finally over 200 have been accepted.
