Doris Greiner-Mai turns 65

Prof. Jürgen Stritzke / Prof. Heinz Opitz

"...On behalf of a large number of structural engineers, who are readers of the journal Bautechnik, we would like to wish many happy returns, extend our gratitude for her work in the past and wish her the best of health and the best of luck for the years to come...

...When she joined Ernst & Sohn in 1991 as an editor and later as editor-in-chief of BAUTECHNIK, then in its 68th year, she developed a novel editorial concept for this publication concerned with the whole of structural engineering, together with a new layout and new topics. It was the period following reunification in Germany and throughout Europe, which set major challenges and demanded higher standards, all of which Dr. Doris Greiner-Mai met with excellent results."
