Wiley and Ernst & Sohn donate respirators to nursing care
As you may have heard from the media, nursing homes in Germany in particular are suffering from supply bottlenecks in medicalcare materials.
The “Diakonie-Pflege Verbund Berlin” has 11 wards with over 800 employees. In outpatient and home care, the employees primarily look after seniors, who are particularly at risk for the virus.
To protect employees and their families, but also to protect patients, it is necessary for nurses to wear protective clothing. Many nursing homes and diaconia such as “Diakonie-Pflege Verbund Berlin” are therefore in need of help and have called for nationwide donations. Wiley and Ernst & Sohn want to support care facilities like "Diakonie-Pflege" in protecting their employees and patients. They therefore complied with their call for donations and doanted 50 FFP3 respirators to the diaconia.
