Strengthening with textile-reinforced concrete

Textile-reinforced concrete is an innovative building material with an astonishing potential performance. The number of requests from within the industry shows that there is a huge demand for information relating to textile-reinforced concrete. The authors intend to meet this need with their contribution to the Beton-Kalender 2010.

The focus of practical applications is to be explicitly placed on the use of textile-reinforced concrete as a strengthening material in steel-reinforced and pre-stressed concrete buildings.
