International Colloquium on Stability and Ductility of Steel Structures (SDSS 2025)
The international Colloquium on Stability and Ductility of Steel StructuresThe 2025 International Colloquium on Stability and Ductility of Steel Structures (SDSS) will take place at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) in Barcelona from 8 to 10 September 2025.
Organized with the support of the Structural Stability Research Council (SSRC) and the European Convention for Constructional Steelwork (ECCS), this well-established event serves as a platform for sharing advances in the analysis and design of steel and composite structures. It brings together theoretical insights, experimental studies, and numerical modeling related to the stability and ductility of structural systems.
Conference sessions will address a wide range of topics, including cold-formed steel members, bridge and tower design, composite construction, structural fire behavior, seismic performance, fatigue, and innovative technologies such as additive manufacturing and AI-based engineering tools.
