With great regret we therefore believe that the risk of planning a traditional conference is too high, and that Eurosteel 2021 will have to be held in virtual format. 

I would welcome your views, of course, but I do not think that there is any alternative to this course of action, and we will now investigate the leading web-based conference platforms.  We intend to open registration in mid-May.

Over the past 25 years the Eurosteel conference has become Europe’s major forum for presentation and discussion of the whole range of topics surrounding research, design and construction of steel structures.
